cleaning and change of linnen once a week. Change of towels every 3rd day.

Guests on this accommodation will enjoy a very nice small terrace outside, with nice coushions on top of cement base, for fully sitting comfortably , totally on top of the seat, perhaps barefoot, while enjoying a favorite drink and snacks , or just chatting on line, there are three different lines for wifi,


Located in downtown Cancun, extremely easy access to / from the Cancun airport, just 3 blocks from main bus terminal (airport shuttle arrives/departs here every 30 minutes, only 5 usd (4 euros) and close to local bars and local restaurants, a few steps from supermarkets, market 23, pharmacy, dentist , near thematic park Las Palapas which has free local entertainment almost every night and many good food stands , the bus terminal has departures to most places in Mexico including archaeological sites, the ferry to Isla Mujeres is only 10 min by local bus or taxi, local buses to Cancun Beaches are only 3 blocks from here, distance to the beachminutes by local bus.

All 6 accommodations provide full privace since these are not communicated or shared common areas other tan the outside patios and terrace,

Roy and Oscar really enjoy meeting with guests of all nationalities and backgrounds, and provide any useful information if required (after living here 28 years we know many details about the city) , at the same time we respect and provide full privacy , that is the main reason why we built in thinking that our family , friends, and now guests, would have their own privacy without feeling commited or compromised, most important is that every guest feels like at their own home, but whenever our guests want to meet us and our cats, always welcome ! we will make a nice margarita or coffee and chat for a while ! , late in the afternoons and at night , it is a great time for us to have drink after a busy day, relax and enjoy meeting the very nice guests we have always had.

Cancun downtown may not be a historical or old interesting city but it is a very convenient place, specially where we are located, all services within walking distance, having a convenient store open 24 hours on the corner is wonderful, a very nice local market only 2 blocks, , a big supermarket only 4 blocks with quality products, so many local restaurants, a very fun park (las Palapas) with food stands, hippiesand local artists displaying the hand made ítems for sale, and small places to sit on the sidewalks, that offer drinks and food (regional snacks), local artists, every night 6 pm to 11 pm, a place where hundreds of locals gather for some entertainment, this park is only a 10 min walk from our place,

all transport is around the corner, either to go to the nicest beaches in the world in a few minutes or Mayan sites or take a day trip and comeback, however downtown is mostly local,close and far at the same time form the touristy places,really easy Access to/from the Cancun airport by shuttle
