Likes: Near the airport. Shuttle to airport every hour. Rooms are comfy and clean. Free breakfast.
Dislikes: Even tho my stay was already paid thru travelocity , while checking they still charged me some crazy ecological fee of $100.00 pesos. No bar or food service to the room.

Comfort Inn-Cancun.
Posted Jan. 24, 2024 on HotelsWe stayed because it was closest to airport. Plane late so missed the last shuttle. Complained about $40.00 taxi ride so they lowered it to $30.00. Still to much but free shuttle in the owning to airport so made up for it.
The Internet was not good.
Breakfast great and people very friendly. Easy
Check in.

We arrived early for check in. They did not have a secure area to store our luggage. We put our luggage in a room next to the business center that was open for anyone to go in and out of. The free airport shuttle is non existent because the driver doesn’t start working until midday. There was no mention of free Wi-Fi and nothing in the room related to passwords. The walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from people outside in the hallway. The room is non smoking but clearly the room was a smoking room with a strong cigarette smell that made my eyes water. The safety handle in the shower was broken off and never replaced. Don’t stay here if you’re trying to save a few bucks.

Read fine print about the airport shuttle.
Posted Jan. 19, 2024 on HotelsI booked the hotel because it said it had airport shuttle included But I was unable to use it either way. I arrived at 9:30 , shuttle stopped at 9. Needed to leave the hotel at 6, so No breakfast and no shuttle, which only started at 7.
There were absolutely no plugs or way to switch off the lights from the bed. I’m surprised it was rated as high as it was by others.

Shower head is poor. Hair and dirt in the sink and bed.
Very basic. It was what we needed a hotel close to the airport that was cheap. It’s what to be expected.
