The hotel is relatively new and very nice and modern. Multiple Restaurants on the Resort but they make it hard to make reservations. I arrived at 12 but couldn’t get a room number till 3 pm check in time and when I tried to reserve was told no availability due to reaching maximum number per day. Buffet is always available but the food seemed not fresh at all times and keep warming and serving the same food left overs from other restaurants or the days before. Not much meat or other animal sources protein available. I have been traveling to Cancun for years and even though the Hotel itself was probably one of the best but food quality and access not at 5 starts level and that is a shame.

We enjoyed our time. The staff was great. We upgraded to the serenity package and it was worth it. The butler was very helpful throughout our stay. The resort is nice and clean. Activities were fun!

The facilities were all top notch. Concierge staff was fantastic. The restaurants for dinner were all good, especially Olio. The pool was great, and the spa service was outstanding. Only negatives were the buffet which was terrible, and they didn't do a great job cleaning up the sargassum off the beach. The only lunch options are the buffet or the snack bar by the pool. Snack bar had a limited menu but the food was good.

The hotel was great the staff was great the resort was beautiful the food was good. The restaurant on the resort were excellent Make sure you book a reservation. If you are looking for a party hotel this is not one however they have great entertainment to keep you busy. They are also hookah friendly

Absolutely fabulous resort!! Everything from the food to the service was excellent, we had a few issues with a tap and a fan but otherwise had an outstanding time. Everyone was responsive to our needs .... Who am I kidding - wants. Everytime we asked for anything it was looked at promptly. Definately a higher end resort and would not hesitate to return.

Food was amazing. We stayed at the serenity Club. I would suggest this if you want quiet. Other pool is more for young people.Not anything to do on Serenity pool side. I suggest bring cards and games. Room was beautiful and cleaned everyday. All the staff was wonderful.Would I stay again, probably not no entertainment at serenity pool.

Room was nice and clean great staff the room was beautiful and the place was amazing just the room we stood in 3019 that room is near the ice machine and the staff storage close by so sleeping wasn’t that great we heard noise all night would wake us up
