Everything was good. Lovely peacful setting. Staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly. Everything was clean. We did leave the resort and traveled over a few days of our trip, but you could easily stay here without that. Very relaxing

The place is gorgeous! With numerous pools and a beach! But the dinner buffet is terrible, cold and untasty dishes. On the other hand, The breakfast and lunch buffet is great! Make sure to reserve for dinner reservation at the restaurants inside the resort before 4pm because if not then you will be stuck eating at the buffet and the room service food isn’t that great either….

The pools were enjoyable but were not heated. We had a swim out room and our pool never got sunshine so it was chilly. Lots of dining options, the food was good but not great. The property itself was beautiful and the environment was very relaxing. Would definitely go again.

Overall the resort was nice and comfortable, however would give it an 8/10 and would not consider it a 5 star resort. It is starting to show it's age and there are maintenance items in the room and throughout the resort that need to be attended to. (i.e. dings in the sink and jacuzzi tub, warped doors in bathroom). We also found that the consistency was not there for service, we only received turn down service 3 out of 7 nights and the mini bar in the room was only replenished either when we called or 3 times while we were there. The front desk informed us it was replenished daily. They forgot to dump the tray in the nespresso machine and replace the coffee mugs, it's just little things, but that's what makes a 5 star resort, the little things matter. Seating on the beach was very limited and what was there was in bad need of repair, along with some of the lounges by the pool, again, showing the age of the resort with lack of maintenance. We did enjoy our holiday but we probably won't return to this resort. Thank you

I recently stayed at Heaven in Riviera in Cancun, and the name could not be more accurate — it truly felt like heaven. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. By far, this is one of the best all-inclusive adults-only resorts I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun. One of the things I enjoyed most was the atmosphere. The resort feels like it’s tucked right into the middle of the jungle, with the Caribbean Sea stretching out in front of you. The views from the rooms were absolutely spectacular — waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable. I had the best time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.
