Very safe nice property for Spring Break college students. Loved the food and beach!

Small and limited facilities, lacking entertainment options, and minimal food options. Outdated rooms and old furnishings. Did not eat at any of the on site restaurants since they were continually booked up. The Deck was the only place not requiring reservations but I swear the themes of the food was bland and blander. Service was ok but had some not-so-customer service friendly encounters. Will NOT be coming here again.

As you were only 4 nights with us the Hibachi option was not included; nonetheless, the Sushi-bar of the Umami restaurant it is available since no need to make reservations. In Our Chianti restaurant, of the 3 available dinner times, 2 were occupied.Normally, we receive really good comments regarding the good quality of our restaurants, this information it is really important to us, since it helps us to improve our services.We hope you could give us the opportunity to welcome you back and give you a better experience.Warmest regards.Guest Experience Manager.

My husband and my NYX Cancun experience was wonderful! The dining options were delicious, the service everywhere was great and especially our housekeeper, Aricelli was friendly and professional. It was very windy the week we visited, but we loved our walks on the beautiful beach!

They put us in adjoining room that did not even have a window. It was horrible.
