The room was so spacious , clean and the hot water in the shower lasted a log time. I needed creamer for my coffee other than that I recommend it 100 percent.

Clean rooms, nice place, nice gym, ok pool, free breakfast not bad, restaurant for anytime else stay away, get subway or burger king. Took long time for service, long time for food, for the amount of cooks that looked to be cooking for what came out was laughable, everyone else there was commenting, cold poorly cooked chicken nuggets, my kids could cook better tacos, it was $1,000 peso for 2 kids 2 adults $75 ish Canadian and you would have had better food at burger king. I'm not trying to be rude, its just the truth and looks bad on that great place.

Do to a snow storm in our home area, we had to stay a night later to catch our rescheduled flight the next day. The place was perfectly fine. A nice quiet, pool, comfy beds, clean rooms, and a nice little restaurant/bar. My only critiques are the following. First it took us basically 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Since this was a last-minute need, I booked the hotel and then quickly submitted for a shuttle pick up, but after realizing it’s a 24 hour notice situation I called the front desk and they put me on the schedule for 145. This was at around 11:30 AM. We called again to see if it could be sooner cuz we are basically stranded at the airport and couldn’t afford the taxis, they told us to be ready for pick up around 130 or 140 and the shuttle arrived at 3:20. This could’ve been handled a lot better, but I also acknowledge the fact that a lot of flights got canceled on this day due to storms in the United States so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. My other note is the breakfast bar. This was perfectly fine, but they didn’t have any butter for the toast which was kind of annoying so it’s just dry toasted bread. Otherwise, our stay was perfectly fine!

Airport shuttle never arrived and when I called the hotel no one answered. Had to pay 70USD for taxi! The hotel offered me a boxed lunch and a non alcoholic beverage as a form of compensation. The restaurant and bar were out of multiple items and would not accept USD or charge to room.

The room was in decent condition. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar staff were beyond horrible. They had no wine, hardly any alcohol and took over 30 minutes to get anything to drink.

Nice new hotel, room was clean and modern, walls were thin. We had a leak in our bathroom from the toilet in the room above. The shuttle was fully booked and hard to get on for our group of 4. Ended up just taking and Uber for $10. The promotional credit I received at booking for their snack bar/store was never offered to us. Complimentary Breakfast had great options.
