Room was clean and staff were nice! The breakfast buffet was always out of food though and we had to wait so long for them to refill. We reserved a shuttle to airport and in the morning if they told us to go to the buffet to eat breakfast and they will call us once the shuttle is heat! Well! They left without us once we went back and checked with them! And they said the shuttle was full anyways! How the shuttle could be full if we reserved it from two nights before?!! Anyways we had to take a uber to airport. Overall I would rate 7/10.

The rooms were great and is one of the most efficient check-ins I have ever experienced and I stay in many hotels all over the world. The staff was great, everyone was friendly. The role was spotless. I would definitely come back again. We got 16 people from our group checked and airport shuttles coordinated in a very short amount of time

Beautiful building brand new very clean. Staff were not the most friendly they forgot our crib twice, service at restaurant was slow and we were one of two tables there, was told I couldn’t charge meal to the room, and I asked for a glass of white wine at the bar one afternoon and they said they didn’t have any..weird.
