Victor & Isai at the Mosquito Beach Bar were the BEST! They made the best drinks & keep them coming. Very friendly & attentive. The beach is breathtaking. We stayed in the Altitude building. This is our second time staying at this resort this year.

The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, and excellent options for dining, entertainment, and leisure. The staff are all very nice, especially the manager. The price is reasonable, and transportation is convenient, with the ferry terminal being very close to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the beach had plenty of seating and great location from Downtown Cancun. I liked excellent service all around especially at the main pool! I liked the room service. The food was fresh and hot. I would like more option to be added to buffet and restaurant menus. I like using the website to make reservations to restaurants and room service.

Overall the experience was enjoyable. One major downside was the elevators. One of the elevators was out the entire week we stayed. There should be more elevators considering there are 13 floors and the resort is pretty full. Getting up and down to our rooms was more times than not difficult. There often was quite a wait and the elevators were hot and full.

I paid for a deluxe room with a king bed and an ocean view. They gave me a terrible room with a pool view and two beds. It was dilapidated. After waiting for two hours, they gave me a deluxe room, part of which barely had a view of the ocean. It was my birthday. They ruined my celebration. I swear that this is the last time I choose this very bad hotel.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

June 14-18 / travel for pleasure - 2 adults All inclusive. this is my experience = i would like to share that I am very generous, tipping everyone.. this resort was a WASTE OF MONEY 👎 WITH SO MANY OTHER HOTELS TO CHOOSE FROM, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD DO BETTER. 1st off : Very, Unwelcoming staff upon check in, not friendly, Elevators are very SLOW - +, NO AC in elevators?/ you're in a hot box, extremely slow elevators & it was not busy. The room Tv or Toilet was not working- shouldn't these things be tested before issuing room to a guest? Buffet was low quality food, my companion got sick after eating buffet food / violent vomiting on Day 1. A doctor had to be called for the severity. Then they charge $8 for Room service ? Even though you have all inclusive, and you're not allowed to bring your own food to the room? Seating in buffet restaurant again it was not crowded or busy, we request a table by the window.As we are on vacation and we like the view of the ocean, with over ten empty tables, they told us that we can only sit at a table that holds two chairs!? Also calling the front desk to report these various things. The phone would ring and no answer. When I did reach someone i would be transferred around several times. I did speak with a Guest Services Manager "Grisselle" who was very nice to speak to but, nothing changed, as my stay was very disappointing. Outdated hotel & features. I have photos, but it's not letting me upload? Overall very disappointing.
