The heart of real Cancun

The hotel has been around for awhile but still in good shape and a very nice location. Excellent staff. I regularly stay here when coming to Cancun for dental work -- at least the first night because it's in easy walking distance to the ADO bus station

It is not the same as the pictures, which makes it looks more nice than it is. The main reason for booking this was tjat it was near ADO terminal in Cancun and the pictures did look nice. It is very old, almost every thing feels like falling apart, but funny part is that you sign when arrive that if you break something, the hotel will charge you. It is already falling apart. E.g. Shower doors normally slides without any problem this you need to lift at push no sliding. A lot of noice get inside. Anither fun thing was you deposit 300 mxn, but when leaving they just give it back without controlling the room. Then why take the deposit at first place. Just makes a bad customer experience.

The location is really great!!! That’s all what we like. No body soup, no shampoo and conditioner, no hair dryer. Broken tap and shower head. Very noisy music singing laughing talking in night time until 2am with other guests from India. I traveled alone for my birthday and I wanted something affordable and close to Parque de Las Palapas. My room was comfortable and the a/c was cold. The ladies at the front desk were really sweet. I only know basic Spanish and I was able to communicate pretty well. The only bad thing that I can say is that there's no fridge in the room, but there's an Oxxo, food stalls, bars, and restaurants right outside and around the corner as well.

Bed was HORRIBLE. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. No sound proofing. If you are facing the park, you will hear the music until 4am. No fridge. They dont allow you to drink alcohol on property, not even in tour room. The room keys had to be reprogrammed every single day, staff couldnt be bothered to program them properly.
