Rooms were clean, check in was fast. Upgraded my room with Amex at check-in. Staff were all friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place to hang out at the pool and party.

Man where do I start, First, everyone reading the comments, BELIEVE THE HYPE. This place is phenomenal when it comes to adults only and a party scene for young and old adults. My girlfriend and I are in our younger 20s and we were here for a week in March from the 5th to the 12th. As soon as we got there we were treated like family, check in was quick and easy. Everyone from top to bottom was so beyond helpful and nice. The rooms are smaller but still very nice and clean, the housekeeping service goes above and beyond each day to make sure your rooms are clean and stocked. We booked the “Garden view” basic room mostly because we didn’t want to spend more for a room we wouldn’t be in very much. Next time I would recommend the jacuzzi garden view rooms. I did get the chance to tour one while we were there and I’d definitely book that one. When it comes to the food, all the restaurants were very good. I’d like to recommend the restaurant “Flame” food is phenomenal, service is above and beyond. My girlfriend and I got a reservation for a table on the beach at night with the Flame restaurant. The waiter “Sinue” went out of his way to take pictures of us at our dinner on the beach and the service was the best I’ve ever had. All the bartenders would go out of their way to get you a drink. I had drinks already ready waiting next to me when I’d turn around to order another. Overall, best vacation I’ve had, and the best resort I’ve ever been to. Definitely book this resort!

We had another great stay at Temptation! Shout out to Kevin for being a great breakfast waiter, bartender Luigi for always having a smile, concierge extraordinaire Mafer for being magical at all things, Zazu for giving sales a good name, Closer Claire, playmakers Enrique (Pretty Boy) and Joaquín (Sexy Papi) for their energy and our butler Luis for taking great care of us. Our housekeeper was also amazing but I don’t have his name. Everyone there is top notch. We will be back!

The food was really bad and we also got a mosquito in over food, we have pictures of these if you want! We had to order food every day from outside and pay! It was really terrible because we paid so much money for all inclusive, but we cannot even have food in the resort. We would like to get a refund for our money!

DONT GO HERE!!! Unsafe hotel! We have been coming to Cancun since 1998 we will never be back because of the treatment we received at this hotel. It’s unsafe ladies!!!!!
