In a secure residence with elevator, caretaker, swimming pool (open from April to September).
Comfortable 3-room apartment of 33mÂČ consisting of an entrance, bathroom (bath) and separate WC, an equipped kitchen area (top fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, microwave, small oven), an air-conditioned living room (TV, double sofa bed 80x200cm).
Finally you will find a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a bedroom with 2 80x190cm beds and storage.
Additional storage in the hallway with washing machine (in cupboard).
Our crush on this apartment ends with the superb 12mÂČ terrace and its unobstructed view of the Canigou, the AlbĂšres and the Canet pond!!! An ideal place to enjoy the sunset with a view of the mountains!!!
Free street parking.
Secure parking space rental at an additional cost depending on availability.

COMMON SWIMMING POOL: open from mid-April to the end of September, subject to the prefectural drought decree
