Hi,thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, during your stay Telstra were doing works on the towers so the whole of Airlie beach were in and out of service. The view was beautiful. I saw one employee who was very helpful. WiFi didn’t work the entire time and there were a lot of bugs in the main bedroom and bathroom. There’s not much around the area. We walked 20 minutes to get to breakfast.

while the accommodations themselves were spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean, the overall experience was marred by a distinct lack of attention to detail and care by the management. It appears that the property is self-run, and the lack of genuine concern is palpable. Despite reaching out to reception to report damages, my concerns were entirely ignored. Living with a broken stove, a malfunctioning BBQ, and an out-of-order water/ice dispenser became the unfortunate norm, as no one seemed available to address these issues promptly. For an accommodation costing $400 USD per night, I expected a level of service and customer care that was sorely lacking. The disconnect between the quality of the physical space and the management's indifference left me with a less-than-satisfactory experience. I hope that the management can take steps to improve their responsiveness and attention to guest concerns in the future.
