The views from the property were absolutely beautiful, and the facilities overall were really nice. Our villa had a private pool, which was lovely, but the water feature was turned off as some guests had complained about the noise — which I thought was a bit of a shame, as it would’ve added to the relaxing atmosphere. The maintenance guy, Sam, was amazing! He was friendly, helpful, and always went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. He gave us great tips on places to visit and things to do, and always greeted us with a smile. On the downside, the villa itself was quite dated and could use a really good clean. There were food marks on the walls, stains on the lounges and curtains, and even a cockroach in our room when we arrived. The windows were also very dirty, though that might be due to being right by the sea. Overall, it’s a beautiful location with great facilities and standout staff like Sam, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the villas could definitely be improved.

Had an amazing stay at Mirage Whitsundays. The apartment was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed. We utilised the shuttle bus in to Airlie Beach. The staff we very approachable and very friendly.

Mirage whitsundays - amazing views, luxurious apartments. Loved the pool and the on site restaurant was very useful for our family. Not sure why some past reviews are mixed, this is an amazing property. The front desk isn’t very helpful but once you’re here you don’t really need them!
