Large front covered porch where you can feed the deer from and enjoy the afternoon shade great for entertaining and relaxing with while cooking dinner on our BBQ Grill. Back yard has a firepit with swing, great to enjoy smores with the kids or a nice glass of wine.
Fully stocked large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Keurig for morning coffee's on your front porch while you watch the sun rise. This retreat has brand new furniture, and washer and dryer.
Close to dining, shopping and more. Location is close to Whitewater Amphitheater, 20 minutes to San Antonio, 40 minutes to the Hill Country Wineries, and 25 mins to New Braunfels and Gruene.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a great place for family and friends only 2 steps to enter into the home from the front porch. This is our vacation home also, our fur babies love it out here, the front porch is gated along with the back yard, making this a great spot for them to enjoy along with you.
Ceiling fans in every room, along with a electric fireplace in the family room to relax and enjoy your evenings. This is a new VRBO, we are excited to share it with others. We use VRBO a lot also, so hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Eclipse 2024

The home was just as pictured. There was adequate room for 4 adults and 3 boys(the bunk room was GREAT). House was very neat. The neighbors, both human and deer, were very welcoming. The human ones even shared some corn to feed to the deer ones. The location was good for our purpose of viewing the eclipse at a very nice winery outside of Fredericksburg, Airis'Ele, and we took one day to ride into San Antonio to see the Alamo and experience the Riverwalk. Enjoyed the area and this lovely home.

Beautiful!!

The house was awesome!! Fully stocked, all the comforts of home! Met some of the neighbors including the neighborhood deer that will let you feed them my hand. Our dogs loved the back yard!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful & Memorable

The house is beautifully decorated and provides updated appliances, comfortable beds, and a contemporary look that is soothing and relaxing. We were given a bag of corn to feed the deer that were around the property almost all of the time. The front porch gave us such a great view of the deer as they ate the corn.

It's such a calm neighborhood every so friendly.
