Me and my wife, we've been to different places in Cap-Haitien. I put Cormier Plage Resort on top. Excellent breakfast daily, sitting on the balcony. The restaurent served excellent food. Don't forget to mention the free pick-up at the airport. We are coming back for the summer.

I like the fact it was peaceful. I was abke to interact with the locals and the meals options was great

Just a beach, no resort

The service is here was utterly atrocious. My family and I stayed here for 3 days and did not see one employee smile the entire time. Unfortunately, they are much more concerned with the beach guest visiting for the day from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship then their actual hotel guests. One night we sat in the restaurant and after 20 minutes my wife finally went to the bar to try and order food because we had yet to be waited on. The bar tender took our order to the cook and the cooks exact words were "I'm too busy, I can't serve them." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You cant serve the guest that paid to stay at the hotel??? Plus one night they had a DJ that blared music from 10pm all the way until 7am. What kind of normal functioning hotel does this? This is just a beach, the resort has died a lomg time ago.

Sorry for your bad experience, fortunately no luck. This sort of comment did not happen since terrible Covid time. You post it already on Google. I am available 24/7 and will do anything to make your stay better. Really sorry.

The staff was excellent. The room needs an update. Being on the beach is a bonus, but the room and bathroom were horrible.

Thank you for the good comment and sorry for room and bathroom. We are in the process of updating our rooms and bathrooms. Last four years with Covid and Haitì bad press we have difficulties to invest. Now is a better time we start to improve our offerings.
