There are no explanations for this rating, so I don’t know where to start. We do the best to keep everyone happy and satisfied, but some of the customers are completely forgot the situation of the country. I do apologize for any unsatisfactory, but I wish I knew the problem so I can fix it.

It was overall a good experience. They should have hot water especially in the morning for showers. The service was hors pair.

Not a good experience

I had to cut my stay to 1day. I couldn’t sleep. No AC, no hot water for shower and very noisy

That is inaccurate! Every single hotel are facing the same challenges. This is the first time one of our customer has some multiple difficulties. I believe if the customer addresses those issues to our staff it would have been resolved. We do apologies for any inconvenience, but I wish he or she could have addressed the issue to our staff to see how we can help them.

The staff was wonderful warm and inviting they took real good care of us during our stay and very friendly definitely will be returning again. Great location

Foods and drinks too expensive..The toilet door was damaged and never repaired it..No air conditioning…

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I am sending a message to the front desk to exchange the room for you . I Will ask for them to change you to a better room. We never had any problems like that before.
