This beach getaway is a 7th floor beauty with direct ocean views. Located on the quiet shores of Cape Canaveral with views of the Kennedy Space Center, the Banana River and the Historic Cocoa Beach Pier. Relax and enjoy this ocean oasis!
This spacious gem is a beautiful spot for the family to enjoy the close access to the beach. Enjoy the sweeping views from the patio, cook a meal in the large kitchen to enjoy together, or gather in the living room to watch TV.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible with high quality linens & towels, beach items provided, free parking & wifi, in-suite laundry, TV's, hair dryers, beach towels and more! We look forward to welcoming you.

- 2 shuffleboard courts

- Tennis 1 block away
Location is the best of both worlds: Being 1 mile north of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jons a short walk down the beach.

Wonderful family vacation
We had an amazing time! Spent a week here and waking up to the sound of the ocean is amazing. We spent a lot of time at the ocean and pool. It’s not far from Disney World so we did that 2 of the days. The condo is very clean and easy to get anywhere you need to go. It was me and my boyfriend as well as 3 children 14, 10 and 9 and it was enough room for everyone! We will definitely be coming back here next vacation!!
