This property didn't have hot water which is one of the most important things for me. Mattresses are too hard and there are no microwaves in the room. The fridge doesn't cool your beverages either.

Staff was amazing! Pool was great! Beds were a little to firm for me, but overall the staff made it so nice I would stay again. Great location next to the port for a cruise, and they helped me arrange a shuttle to and from the port and to and from the airport!

Over all not good at all, pool waterfall turned off, pool was too cold, not much to do in the area. Under construction, so they had a section closed. Hotel does not clean the room or service anything. Basically you are on your own. It was so bad that I left a day early and went back home.
