The pool area keeps running out of towels. I had to go in to the lobby twice to ask for pool towels, with about 30 minutes in between requests. Then the response from the guy at the front desk was, “We are working on it.” So then I asked for some regular bath towels. He went back into the office and came out with a stack of 6 or 7 pool towels. I only needed 3. Instead of putting the rest out at the pool for other guests , he put them back in the office. I did not see pool towels out there for the rest of the night. Why is it so difficult for a resort to keep towels at the pool?!?! Moral of the story, bring your own towel to the pool. Overall, it was a decent resort, but I t’s an older property that needs some maintenance/overhauls. The tennis court has cracks all over, the big rock structures at the pool need to be repainted, just stuff like that. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Perfect place to stay prior to a cruise. Hotel is a lil dated but really clean. Area around is busy but not bothersome.

Keep looking for a nicer hotel

The hotel is old and didn’t appear clean. We had mold in the bathroom an the bed collapsed the first night

We had to take cold showers both dates we stayed. After checking with the frobt desk they said there was a problem with the hot water heaters in the area we were at. Said it had been fixed. Next day same thing cold showers. Very disappointing

Just wanted to thank Kaitlynn for her wonderful customer service and starting our mornings off with her friendly smile . She was so helpful with information to get us around the area and always had a smile on her face . It was very refreshing to see someone that enjoys her job and truly engages with the cusyomers . She truly is a customer and I would definitely book again just to start our mornings with her in the dinning room . She is truly one the Radisons assets Thanks for the stay Nikki Williams
