Delaney at the front desk is excellent. Beyond excellent. Thank you for a great experience. We will absolutely be back on our next trip. I wish there was some type of white noise or ac was louder bc it was almost too quiet. The bed is firm. Other than that it was great.

Beds and Pillows SUCK!

The beds are TERRIBLE!! I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a bunk of plywood at Home Depot. In hindsight, the floor may have been a better choice. 0/10 stars The pillows are faux pillows. They are like resting your head on cotton candy… no support. O/10 stars The HVAC sucked too. The lowest you can set the room is 68 and it was at 73 when we arrived. Assuming that the eco HVAC system worked (the unit isn’t in the room and you don’t hear a fan/blower) it only got down to 70 after “running” for 13 hours. 0/10 stars For the price, you can do better somewhere else. We only stayed 1 night and there is a 0.00% chance that we will be back. TRAVELLER BEWARE!!

Delaney, at the front desk was super friendly, knowledgeable and a wealth of information. She made us feel right at home. The hotel is spotless. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. They have a shuttle to the ports for a nominal fee. Breakfast is included. All the staff that we have encountered has also been very nice. Do yourself a favor, start your cruise right and stay here.
