This property has a great location in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal with amazing sunrise views. We loved all of the space for our family and it was very clean. The owner was very responsive before during and after our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway close to activities and many amazing restaurants!

The house was lovely, well-appointed, and very clean -- important things in a VRBO property! I'd highly recommend it just for that, but I really enjoyed staying in Cape Coral! Great restaurants, great location for the activities I wanted to do. And there is a burrowing owl next door!

Relaxing walk down memory lane

We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home. 50th Birthday Get Away

We had an amazing time! The house is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We loved being on the canal and having our own pool. The cleanest grill I’ve ever seen! Lol. We sat on the lanai around the fire pit every night. The owner Tom was very personable and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House, Pool & Location!!

This house is a fantastic option! We have made several trips to Cape Coral and the location of this house is absolutely the best! Close to downtown/restaurants, as well as easy access to the river/intercoastal/gulf waterways. The heated pool was clutch, especially since we were there during winter. It was 80 degrees the whole time (and the hot tub is actually even a bit warmer!) Really nice, big pool. Deeper in the middle but shallow on the ends, with built in seats. Fun for all ages!!Very convenient/easy to use boat dock on site. We rented from Caloosa River Boat Rental, which is only a 7minute drive/boat ride away. You can be to the gulf in 20 minutes. House is exactly as-advertised. It is an older home but has some nice updates. It's set up perfectly and is very cozy and user friendly. Check in/out was super easy and support staff was friendly and close by. We'll definitely be going back!!

Perfection with a Pool!

This was the perfect rental for our family of four. We didn’t do much cooking, but the house was well equipped for anything that you would want to make. The beds are comfortable. The living room area was great for lounging in front of the TV. Our favorite place to be was in the pool. Don’t hesitate to book.

"Bad Monkey" Break

Excellent property, location and amenities. Slight disappointment that the new A/C unit broke down while we were there - but and excellent response from host saw it "rebooted" and back up within the day PS: Also slightly disappointed that the Tiki bar on the beach by the property burned down a couple of months ago - it would have been even more special - but obviously this has nothing to do with the property or host.

Winter getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week of vacation. Tom, the host was very responsive to our needs. The house is super clean. It has three nice bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The pool is great. The location is close to many restaurants. This is a great house for a vacation.

Nice house on a canal

Very nice clean house. Communication with p/manager was great. Whenever we needed smth, they were there for us. Pool was cleaned 2 a week, so it didnt even have a chance to get dirty. We used it every day. We enjoyed the stay!

This is a great space. Everything you need, nice neighborhood, nice pool area, thoughtful items at the house. We walked or rode the bikes to the beach at the yacht club at least 3 times. We were quite happy with this house.
