This place was a decent deal, not great but decent. We would have appreciated if the owner did not smoke in their house and back porch. All of the smoke collected in our studio which was unhealthy for us and especially our 4 year old son. Not family friendly.

Very nice but very small.

The location was excellent. Was much smaller than it looks. Very attentive owner. Thought it was a bit over priced for the size but it is Cape Coral and everything is overpriced! Probably won'tuse this location again but for younger folks it is nice!

Short stay barking dog.

Apartment is cute. But since it is an efficiency it is attached to the house by a door that has a barking dog behind it. Called property manager and he called owner. Then we couldn't get TV to turn on. Called property mgr. He asked if I could check batteries which were in properly. Then he asked if I could go buy batteries which he would reimburse me for. Go to leave and owner has company and blocked me in driveway. Let property mgr know. Have to drive over grass to get out. Return batteries changed TV still doesn't work. After wasting 1 1/2 hours of our time. I requested a refund. He was very understanding and granted my refund. Then had to waste more time looking for a place to stay. Which the property mgr offered to help us with. FYI dog was still barking when we left.

Due to the construction my vehicle has not looked right ever since. The saw dust mixed with morning dew has ruined the finish.

Great short stay location

We really enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our short stay in Cape Coral. We were excited to find it. Nicely furnished. Great patio area and wonderful hot tub that felt great after a long day of working. Manager was quick to respond and helpful. Very close to downtown. Nice location.
