You will never want to go home after spending some time here.. This home has been completely remodeled with open floor plan. Back of home is lined with pocket sliders to open up the main living area and master bedroom. Bright open kitchen fully stocked for anything you might want to make. Kurig coffee maker - toaster- mixer etc. Master is large and also has a sitting room with a sleeper sofa. Large lanai area gives you plenty of options for enjoying the outdoor fresh air. Heated pool that also has just been updated will cool you off on those hot days and on cold days will be warm enough to take a dip. The beds are comfy with plenty of extra blankets. Tv's in master and living room. 2 car garage with beach chairs and cooler for your beach days. Everything you need to have a amazing vacation. No need to bring anything but yourself and your personal items. Close to shopping, Sunsplash, beaches and anything you would like to do to make your vacation memorable. Spend your time here and you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful home, immaculately clean, well equipped. Couldn't ask for more. The home is roomy and would be great for two couples, but could accomodate more. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have used the pool or lanai. If we return to Cape Coral we would love to return. Nancy was a great host and quickly responded to questions. Thank you.

Beautiful place. Very clean and updated.

We had a beautiful 5 day stay and totally enjoyed this house. Well equipped and what a nice quiet neighborhood too. The screened in pool with a dining table and comfortable seating area was the icing on the cake. Boy did we love that aspect of the house. Would definitely stay again if we visit this area in the future. Host is super communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!!

Tolle Haus, fast ideal

Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus, hier stimmte alles, Einrichtung Dekoration, GerĂ€te alles top.Leider gibt es auch zu bemerken, dass der Pool innerhalb von Dreieinhalb Wochen nur einmal gereinigt wurde.Leider war auch die Nachbarschaft gegenĂŒber dem Pool tagsĂŒber sehr laut. Hier wurde mit Außenlautsprecher laute Musik abgespielt, und es tobten mindestens 3 Kinder auf dem AußengelĂ€nde mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Trampolin

Wir waren erst einmal total begeistert von allem. Das aus war genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles war super gepflegt, sauber und neu. Tolles Haus und sehr sehr sauber

Wir haben dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal ein Haus gemietet, zum Testen erstmal nur 5 Tage. Wir waren aber alle positiv Überrascht und wĂŒrden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Es war vom CheckIn bis zum CheckOut einfach perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Selbst StrandstĂŒhle/Liegen, KĂŒhlboxen und Strandspiele sind im Haus zur Nutzung enthalten. Und die KĂŒche war ein Traum. Wir waren schon weltweit in sehr vielen Hotels und HĂ€usern, aber so ein sauberes Objekt haben wir noch nie erhalten. Ein Dank auch nochmal an Nancy die fĂŒr alle Fragen jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung stand.

Great Remodeled Home & Nice Pool but Loud Neighbors

We enjoyed our stay as the home & pool is nicely done. Big negative was the really loud neighbors in the back 2 houses to the left partying every day & night, some nights until after midnight. Very very loud music & they were talking/hollering over the loud music. Hard to just relax & get a good nights sleep.

Erwartungen ĂŒbertroffen! Toller Aufenthalt in Cape Coral! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bereits bei der Anfahrt waren wir positiv ĂŒberrascht. Tolles freistehendes Haus in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohngegend. Innen erwartet die GĂ€ste ein sehr komfortables und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und einer gehobenen Ausstattung. Sehr gute und große KĂŒche mit allem was fĂŒr einen mehrtĂ€tigen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad im rechten Teil des Hauses und ein großes Schafzimmer inkl. einer Sofa-Ecke mit Blick auf den eigenen Pool und einem eigenen Bad im linken Bereich. Betten war sehr bequem. Tolle Poolanlage mit ausreichend Sitz- und LiegeflĂ€chen mit einem fĂŒr Florida ĂŒblichen und notwendigen Netz um die gesamte Außenanlage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Poolreiniger wurde angekĂŒndigt und hat sich um die Reinigung gekĂŒmmert. Die große Garage haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermietern. Fazit: Erwartungen ĂŒbertroffen, erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr tollen Ferienhaus. Die Weiterfahrt viel schwer. :-) Das Haus ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen!!

Beautiful home away from home

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful and spacious! We enjoyed the pool and the beaches. We went to several of the restaurants that the host recommended and they were really good and we had a lot of fun! Would def stay here again! Love that everything was a short drive and there was not much traffic.
