Great housewith pool and jacuzzi

Great house with plenty of room for 15. Some minor cosmetic issues but the dont affect your stay. Had a couple of roach encounters but nothing major. Bunnies and owls everywhere in neighborhood. Nice canal to fish on and teens loved the kayaks. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Did have a gnat problem in pool thst we had to clean. Overall great property.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family getaway! The house had all the amenities we could have needed. The pool is so refreshing after a long day out on the boat. I did report a few loose tiles around the pool as a safety concern. The hot tub worked amazing. The boat dock and proximity to the bay were a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

We stayed at this property on spring break. The house had everything we needed and was roomy enough to accommodate our 2 families. Our kids practically lived in the pool, and when it started turning green, someone was sent out right away to treat it. The canal was a bonus for us, the older kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We even saw a dolphin swim throuh much to the delight of our group. We had a wonderful time and made many memories.

Cape Coral stay

Staying right on the canal was amazing. We rented a boat for the first 3 days we were there. Docking the boat was so easy and made our vacation even better. The house was clean and so relaxing. Charline (our rep while we were there) was so kind and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. 5 stars all around and will definitely stay here again!

We were pleased with our stay but there were a few things that could have been better. The shower in the master bathroom flooded the floor every time we used it. There was no piece on the bottom of the door to keep water in. There was also mold on the wall at the corner of the shower. There was still trash in the kitchen under the cabinet next to the dishwasher.

Family vacation

We were super excited to take our kids and grandkids on a family vacation. The house was big enough for our family but never got to swim in our pool which wrecked it for us. We will never book thru this company again the property was very neglected and pool was green and gross. Alot of things needed repairs and property manager was difficult to communicate with. There are lots of rental companies and we will use a different one next time!

Nice house, but need some updated matresses and beds

When we first arrived at our rental, the house seemed to be very nice, but after using the restroom we realized that they're was NO WATER. I called the number given and had to leave a message. After not receiving a call back, I had to call again and spoke with someone who said he would call me back. He called back and said he would send someone to the house to turn the water back on. After a total of 4 hours, we finally had water. My husband and I had the master bedroom with a king size bed. The first night as we were laying in bed, i turned over and heard a big boom. We jumped up and after looking under the bed, we realized that instead of having 6 risers for the bed to sit on, there were only 5. The middle foot of the bed was not on a riser, so all the weight was put on the middle top riser. This caused the bed to sink in the middle, causing us to roll to the middle of the bed. When the rental agent came for the walk through the next day, we showed him and he assured us that he would put in a maintenance order and have it fixed ASAP. It was NEVER fixed. My daughter's had the room with the bunk beds and the bottom of the bed was a nightmare. They had to sleep on the sofa in the room. We received a phone call that they were sending someone over to cut some of the trees down. It took them 2 days of using a chain saw, cursing, etc. The last day they were there very late into the evening. There was only one garbage can outside to dispose of the trash, for a weeks vacation with 10 people, one can is definitely not enough. (The guys cutting down the tree used 3 garbage cans for the leaves/ branches, not sure if they were using their own garbage cans or the ones for the rental.) There were a limited number of bath towels and hand towels and NO WASHCLOTHS. I had to run to Walmart to buy some washcloths. Overall were enjoyed or stay, with the exception of the matter bed, bunk room beds, garbage cans and the trees being cut down.

Had a blast just would like for us as guest to be notified when property maintenance will be coming.

Had a great time but it would have been nice to know when property maintenance were coming . We were surprised 7 times with them just walking right in and no announcement. We also had to take the baby to the hospital for a rash caused by the chlorine that was dumped into the pool and not notified.

Had a good time with my family. No real complaints. Property management company was easily accessible and responded quickly to the few questions we had. We would have appreciated extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash can liners. Pool was a little on the cool side but was used and my guess is it will warm up as the outside temperature increases. Outside barbeque worked well. The triangular fat drip diffusers need a good cleaning or possible some new ones. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of pots and pans. However, there was only one stainless steel pan. The rest were aluminum coated with numerous scratch marks. For health reasons, as you replace these in the future, perhaps you might purchase some cast iron or additional stainless steel pans. Please understand that my comments are meant to be constructive. If and when I have another opportunity to stay in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers area I would stay at this location if available. I do recommend.

Very Nice Comfortable House

This house is very nice. Spacious and clean with enough room for all of us to spread out with three couples and two children. We really enjoyed the screened in area with the patio, deck and pool, all screened in. Any issues with the appliances or electronics were quickly resolved. We really enjoyed our 7-day stay.

5 bedroom vacation home in a great location. Great pool and outdoor area. Large screen TV outside is a plus. Comfy beds Nice full over full bunks provided extra heads in beds. Awesome house with lots of room!

We arrived at the house and it had not been cleaned we called the the number they provided and they had a cleaning crew to the house within a hour. The cleaning company had made a mistake overlooking the job but did a great job cleaning up while we relaxed in the pool for a couple hours. The house is perfect for larger groups. It's like you have 3 wings in the house. I was very worries when we arrived with the house not being cleaned but after that it was smooth sailing. I would definitely stay with this company again!

Very nice and clean house. Enjoyed the pool.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this 5 bedroom house. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was great considering it was still March. We did have a couple of cool days, but the pool kept warm. We had 2 families with the maximum of 10 adults and children at this house. Did not really feel crowded, there is plenty of room. Just for future information: You must walk through the bunk bed room to access one of the queen rooms with the bathroom. That would be great for a family with small kids. And for us it worked out fine, the older kids stayed in those 2 rooms. But it would have been nice to have known that. Although, there were not very many towels. Just enough for everyone to have 1 bath towel. There were not very many hand towels or wash cloths. Not even enough for everyone to have one. Also no pool towels. Fortunately we brought some beach towels along. But still require some extra laundry. The owners were very nice and helpful with questions. Cape Coral is a beautiful area. We usually left around 9-10 am for Ft. Myers Beach it only took about 20-30 minutes.

Great Place, Great Price, Great Location!

We just returned from a week at the Villa Sunset Point Property. We were staying with a family of 9 including 2 little one's under the age of 2. I can not say enough about how well the Property managers treated us. They accommodated us with 2 cribs which is unheard of but above that they also had 2 car seats, 2 strollers and a booster chair to make our stay perfect. The pool was beautiful, and the area around the pool was very usable, day and night. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space segregated by three different "wings" if you will. Location was great, a little far from Fort Myers Beach but we knew that and had not problems with it. We walked every morning, the neighborhood was fantastic. Neighbors were very nice. We did not use the dock area but it was available and ready for use. Can't say enough great things about this place and will definitely reach out to Roelens Vacation for my next rental in Florida as they were fabulous and very attentive to anything we needed. And their process for the time before you come in very clear, and efficient. Thank you for making our vacation everything is was.
