Welcome to Sunshine Home Retreat, your private waterfront getaway where comfort meets relaxation. This bright and spacious home is designed to capture the essence of Florida living — open, sunny, and connected to the water. The open-concept floor plan seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating the perfect space for gathering with family and friends.



Large glass sliders frame beautiful canal views and lead directly to the screened lanai and heated pool, where you can swim, dine, or simply unwind under the Florida sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while the comfortable living spaces invite conversation and connection.



Adventure awaits right from your backyard — take one of the three provided kayaks and explore Cape Coral’s scenic canal system, or enjoy a friendly game of foosball indoors. With bicycles available, you can easily discover the area at your own pace. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to ensure your stay feels relaxed, comfortable, and full of memorable moments.
