Great location, amazing owner!
Publié le 14 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe’ve rented the house for the early days of November 2022, a short month after hurricane Ian stroke Cape Coral.
John (the owner) did an incredible work to repair, paint, renew … just everything in a very short time and the result is amazing: a clean and tidy house, fitted with everything you may need (and even more!).
Heated pool, barbecue, huge living room, 4 very comfortable bedrooms, garage, garden … and a big deck on the canal where we did dock our 24´´ boat easily.
Direct access (5 minutes) to the river is an incredible advantage for boaters.
We can only strongly recommend John and his house: you can’t be disappointed!

Great Vacation and Fishing!
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayComfortably slept 7 adults and 2 kids. Nice, quiet neighborhood that you could easily walk or ride bike to the Yacht Club. Swimming pool was great for the kids. Enjoyed renting a boat which was easy access out of the canal. Hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Well stocked kitchen for basic needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A Fun Week

Our grandkids loved the pool—our four year old granddaughter learned to swim and do underwater somersaults during our week-long stay. The house was very nice and John was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Cape Coral - best rental in the Cape!
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis location for boating is the best we have EVER had while renting and the house was the best. Pool was heated and we kept the solar blanket on it to keep it nice and warm to come home to every day! WE will be back it was extremely enjoyable location!

Cape Coral Stay

Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayJohn and Laura are amazing!! They were so friendly and patient with all my questions that I had before we got there and for the few I had once we were there!! Their location is perfect. There were 6 adults that rented and we all had our own space and bathroom. We rented a pontoon for 3 days and had so much fun checking out different places on the water. We also traveled to Pine Island one day — had lunch at the Blue Dog bar and grill — very good food!! The next day we went to Sanibel Island—walked along the beach and found some great sea shells and had lunch at Doc Fords— again the food was amazing !! The evenings we loved just sitting around the heated pool area or tiki hut area and relaxing or fishing !! The week went by so fast and we loved every minute of it. John and Laura have the house stocked with anything you would need. A few other places I would recommend is The Twisted Lobster — Duffys — Hooters — and of course The Boat House which you only need to walk a couple of blocks to.

🌴 Our Home Away from Home: A Perfect Christmas Vacation in Cape Coral, Florida! 🎄🌊
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayEvery year, our family eagerly awaits the Christmas break, and this time, we couldn't resist returning to the beautiful VRBO in Cape Coral, Florida. It was our third year staying at this incredible house, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The kids were thrilled with the canal just steps away from the house. They spent their days fishing even in the rain.
When we weren't fishing, we enjoyed lounging by the pool, soaking up the warm Florida sun. It was the perfect spot to unwind and simply enjoy each other's company.
One of our favorite outings was visiting the nearby yacht club and indulging in delicious treats at the Tiki bar. The laid-back atmosphere, tasty food, and live music perfectly captured the essence of our vacation. And of course, we couldn't miss the stunning beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience. Whether you love fishing, lounging by the pool, or relaxing on the beach, Cape Coral has something for everyone.

Publié le 3 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe heated pool was great for the family. There are lots of pool toys in the garage. Make sure to bring pool and beach towels as they are not Supplies. We brought our boat and docked it at the house easily because there were bumpers. We also brought our bikes even though there are some at the house and we bikes the .5 to the yacht club beach. Really great stay with the family.
