Multi Generational Vacation
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwaySecond time at the beautiful and well appointed home of Tom and Carol’s. Kids spent countless hours in the pool and fishing off the dock. Adults enjoyed cocktails and card games after the sun went down. The kitchen had everything you’d need for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Comfy beds, lots of space both inside and out. Already planning our dates for next year !

The location of the property was nice and appeared to be clean and maintained. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the living room furniture such as the sofas and recliner which appeared dated and not very comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and the owner was very friendly as was the on sight contact person Jason. Cape Coral is a very nice area and easy to navigate. Thank you to the property owners for the great service and overall a very nice vacation home rental.

Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe love this location and the house. We have stayed here several years. The owners have made some upgrades to the patio area furniture which were especially nice this year. The view is fantastic down the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Our hosts are awesome and have consistently provided for our needs and continually maintain the property to their highest standards. Looking forward to our visit in 2025!

Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe home was beautiful. Extremely clean. We would highly recommend. Carol and Tom had a Christmas tree and decorations put up for our holiday stay. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We would love to go back !!
