VRCC Villa Sunny Haven

Villa Sunny Haven is a gorgeous vacation villa in the southwest corner of Cape Coral, very close to the Cape Harbour on the famous Surfside Blvd. It is one of the best and most sought-after residential areas in Cape Coral. The port at Cape Harbour is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc., are within walking distance.

Be the first one after the intense remodel. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park, with its large playground, is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, illuminated in the evening.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee River which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on-site. All our boats have powerful engines, GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, a cool box, a cabin, and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

All furniture and appliances are new. The designed pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool, you can enjoy the fantastic intersection view on the canal. Electrically heated, the pool heats the water to a comfortable temperature every season, which you can determine by yourself.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 60 inch LCD), you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal, and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, so that there is a great inside-outside feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet, there are another 3 large bedrooms on the other side of the villa with Bedroom and queen size beds.

They also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the stunning kitchen. Our kitchen is equipped as our own. You will not miss anything.

There is direct access to the pool from the living room, dining room & the master bedroom.

Furthermore, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

Great house

We had a great time at Villa Sunny Haven! The house was clean and well kept. My only complaint was the mattresses were not comfortable in 3 of the bedrooms. If you’re staying longer than 3 days, you’ll need to bring your own dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels as they don’t stock much there. They also don’t have any laundry soap stocked. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need which was great! The location was very convenient and in a nice quiet neighborhood. My kids loved playing pool!

Where was the pool slide?

There was some misrepresentation on the listing, particularly stating there was a pool slide when there wasn’t. We had difficulties accessing the home at first due to the key pad and lack of instructions. The pool and spa were difficult to work. There was minimal explanation on how to work it through the app. The waterfall worked the first day but did not work the remainder of our stay. During extended stays it would be helpful to note that only limited supplies are provided (e.g., toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags) as several other places we’ve stayed provided those things and it was an unexpected chore and expense. The master bath’s jacuzzi tub did not work, nor did the outlet on one of the sinks (therefore hair tools and nightlight could not be used.) In addition, the master bath didn’t have a van, so it quickly steamed up. The second bath was beautiful and more updated; a really cool mirror. While there was a hoist on property and pictured, the owners would not let it be used so we had to park on the side of a dock that had a rope barrier requiring us to go under or over the rope while entering and exiting the boat. At one point, we had a pretty gnarly fall trying to get off the boat around the thick rope in the way. Over all, it was a beautiful property with all of the tools we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed mattresses and sheets and fluffy towels.

Great canal home

Had a great time staying at this home with family. Beautiful pool and spa, on canal, with beautiful deck. Nice, quiet neighborhood and great location, close to restaurants.
