Péssimo atendimento

Reservei esta casa no hoteis.com com quase 1 ano de antecedência da minha viagem. A política era de não cancelamento e foi pago tudo antecipadamente. 1 mês antes da viagem entrei em contato com o site para saber como seria o check in devido ser uma casa e não hotel com recepção 24h. Fui ignorada porém como seria umnsite confiável não me preocupei muito. Chegando lá. Eu viajando com crianças de menos de 1 ano de idade fiquei à deriva sem local para dormir pq não tinha ninguém no horário de check in estipulado pelo site para me receber. Fiquei o dia todo em contato com o hoteis.com que me atendeu super mal e me realocou para um hotem muito inferior do contratado por mim e ainda tive que pagar novamente do meu bolso....estou esperando o reembolso como combinado e até agora nada. Estou inconformada com a situação e totalmente decepcionada com o site e seu credibilidade.
