The apartment was very dusty. Beds were also dusty and it smelled of very stale air. It was not opened before our arrival and aired out. We were put into another apartment upon arrival which was not the one I booked. We have a young child which is why I booked a studio so that he could have his own bed whilst being close to us. We were told on arrival that our room was given to another family and that we were upgraded to a two bedroom. The security guard was unaware and confused so there were a few phone calls back and forth to try figure out what was going on. The whole check in process was problematic. We had to call the number of the website to locate the security guard to allow us access into the property. The check process can be smoother and better communication in advance would have avoided so much time being wasted especially after long flights and the long drive from the airport.
