Use the earplugs

The hotel was cute and located about a half block up from the beach. The parking there is very challenging even with the parking pass they give you. We had to circle a few times before someone gave up their spot on a sunny afternoon. Ours was the room right on the street (with 2 queen beds) and they provided earplugs which we forgot to use. It wasn't a problem until 5:30 in the morning when the trash truck did its thing and then at 6:00 when restaurant deliveries started. In my opinion the coffee/breakfast should be available earlier for travelers.

Thank you for your review on our cute boutique hotel located in the heart of Capitola Village! We provide our guests with a complimentary parking pass and which provides access to the upper and lower lots that is a short walk away. We always send out a parking email prior to our guest arrival informing them of our parking options. In the future, we do have reserved parking that can be purchased for a cost. We have coffee, tea and hot chocolate and snacks available to all our guest all day. Our continental breakfast does start around 8:30 am until 10:30 am. Unfortunately, we do not have control of the deliveries to the nearby restaurants in the morning! We are sorry to hear there was that disturbance during your stay. We hope you give us another opportunity in the future.

It’s a small Hotel in the Heart of Capitola. Cute rooms and friendly service - Sasha the manager is terrific. Awesome place to stay- highly recommend Capitola Hotel
