Best Location!
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe scheduled a "girls weekend" in Capitola. This home had the best location and was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't have been better. We parked once and walked everywhere....lots of restaurants and shopping within a block...and the beach was right there as well. The home was clean and had comfortable beds for all. We will definitely be back!

The beds were comfortable. There was enough room for all of us to spread out. The main bathroom/laundry room was incredible! So much character, but yet also modern! We were close enough to walk to the beach and any little store you would like. And the people were so friendly!
We all highly recommend staying here if in Capitola!

Perfect location in Capitola
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThere were six adults, we parked our cars and never used them for the rest of the stay. You are literally 1 block from downtown for shopping, restaurants and bars, and two blocks to the beach! The property manager was fantastic, we all said that we would stay again!! The backyard was a perfect gathering place for us as the weather was perfect, however the house itself offers good gathering spots too.

Family Together for Wedding
Publié le 7 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place for our immediate extended family coming together for our daughter's wedding in Aptos. The space was very well laid out for us and grandparents to have bedrooms downstairs and the "kids" to have the space upstairs. Parking was a little bit tricky for 3 cars, mainly because we were coming & going with wedding events but not so much as to be a major problem. If we were coming just to enjoy family time and the beach (which maybe we will do next year) it would be no problem at all as the location is in the hub of town, very walkable. We enjoyed walking the two short blocks down to the beach after Friday night's rehearsal dinner and only wished there had been time for more of that. I look forward to renting this place again!

Beach Bungalow-another stay another success
