Chambres et restauration très bien Relationnel beaucoup moins bien intransigeants sur les modifications de dates dues au chantier même en prévenant une semaine à l'avance aucun remboursement, ni geste commercial sur l'annulation de 2 nuits à 2 personnes

Avoid at all cost

We stayed there 3 years ago hence we booked to stay there again. Wish we hadn't. The hotel looks really tired and run down. They had us stay on a floor where they were undergoing renovations. My wife ran a bath and the hot, actually warm water stopped halfway so we had to speak to reception. They told us to wait 20 minutes before continuing to fill up. Eventually they moved us to a another room on the same floor but still warm bath not hot. Reception staff member very unfriendly, not even apologetic. They made us feel as if we had no cause to complain. Finally, the hotel in general wasn't very clean and tired. Iooked like it good due with an overhaul

Unacceptable

The rooms were damp and had mold growing in them. The bathroom was also dirty. I did not stay in the end and had to book another hotel for the night. Manager said a refund would be provided however this has still not come through and the hotel keep saying no one is in to approve the refund when I call up.

Great room but with a few issues

Had an executive suite. Was an excellent price and room and bathroom were lovely and clean. The only thing that let this room down was the net curtains at the window which were dirty / mouldy. Upon opening the net curtain it revealed a very rotten window frame. But the price of the room was so cheap. Couldn’t really complain

The hotel looked ok from the outside but things quickly went down hill upon entry. We waited for a while for a receptionist to appear which wasn’t too much of an issue but we were completely ignored by other staff during this time. We were then allocated a different style room to that we had booked but only found this out when we entered the room. When queried we were advised that all the rooms were the same and there were no executive suites. No refund was offered for the difference in room rate either and the manager was not available until the following day. We decided to look elsewhere and checked out. At this point we were told we could move to (a nonexistent) executive suite the following day. This was the worse experience of staff we have EVER encountered.
