Rooms need a deep clean!

Hotel was ok but tired and needs updating. Air con in room broken so unpleasant stay

The stay was lovely , just a little over priced for what we got , no slippers or robs givens , the food menu was very limited due to rugby which wasn’t told to us and the lady behind the bar is shocking no customer care at all
