Clean rooms, very friendly staff and very well placed for the Arena. The only thing I would have liked is real ale in the bar, even in bottles. But I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again if in Cardiff.

The hotel is centrally located and close to all amenities. The staff are helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have a lovely experience however the hotel is in a dire condition. It needs some serious refurbishment. My room was in a bad condition. If they are going to charge people such a high rate, they need to make sure the hotel is in good condition and cleaned.
