The property and surround area was clean safe and there was ample parking. Once inside there was no one at the front desk. After a few minutes a gentleman arrive to check me in. I was given 2 small bottles of water then proceeded to the elevator. My room was clean and stocked with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. After returning from dinner later that evening, my spouse and I had misic playing from our tablet. Security knocked on our door to turn the music down because they received noise complaints. We turned the music and television volume down. Shortly after the front desk called to ask us to keep the noise down because they received another noise complaint. I assured the young lady on the phone that the music was turned down from the 1st request from the Security guard who knkcked on the door. She rudely stated "you must have turned it down while on the phone but the security and I will be back up there". My spouse and I decided to engage in an intimate moment when there was a knock at the door again.The young lady and the security was back at the door asking if we could turn down the noise. I asked her what noise? Because we turned off the music and TV. She said "not the music the noise". I was so angry and annoyed at this point. What was supposed to be a 2 night weekend getaway for my spouse and I was ruined. I would never stay here again. The walls are too thin and the breakfast options are limited for someone who does not comsume dairy.

Poor service by management. Our refrigerator was a freezer. We reported in the morning and nothing was done. That evening we reported again. A maintenance person came and reset it. The next morning still freezing everything. Reported again and the front desk said it would be replaced. Came back that night, nor replaced. Went back to the front desk and asked for the manager waited 15 minutes for her to come out. Finally was replaced Sunday night the bar was closed. When we went to go there on Monday, it was open but no bar snacks as the website claimed. We were not notified on arrival that the rooms were not made up each day.

Room was clean with nice amenities but more importantly, the front desk staff was so sweet and very accommodating when I mentioned we were in the area for a wedding and I had plans to surprise the bride. I can't stress enough how much of a better experience they made our stay! The included breakfast was also well prepped and had plenty of variety. Would book again for sure!

The room was clean, bathroom clean with really nice soft towels. Housekeeping every other day, but just ask and they will provide extra towel sets. Breakfast was pretty good, and Ana was a jewel.

Bring back the waffle station

Hockey puck Waffles hard and cold, last time I was there I was able to make my own and so much better, bring back the waffle station.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay there, the only two issues were the below: 1. We asked for fresh towels and they said we had to go downstairs our selves to get them. 2. And they could do better with the breakfast choices.
