Alice, our Host, not only had a very clean, well stocked house, but also a genuine caring heart for our comfort. We experienced a power outage while at the house. A power outage that impacted over12,000 people in Carmel! Alice stayed in contact with us to make sure we were okay and to check if we needed anything. A wonderful thing about this house, too, is the location; very close to so many places!House was clean, cozy and Host made us feel like family (in a good way!)

Nice location. The patio/deck was very challenging. The motion light didn’t stay on line enough. No outdoor light at the front door. Inside was fabulous. Outside was run down. Overall nice place.

A lovely 2 bed cottage in a super location just off Highway 1. You can be anywhere on the Monterey Peninsula within 20 minutes. Nice large comfy beds, nice bathroom & shower and a well equipped kitchen. There is a large living area and dining area also.Check in and out was very simple and Alice was very helpful and flexible when we had to amend our booking.Would definitely recommend and is excellent value for money.

Alice's house is comfy and cozy. It is in a quiet, residential community, but only about 10 minutes''' drive from downtown. She has it well equipped for any and all meals you might want to prepare. Also, she has at least 100 books on many shelves throughout the house. Great reading! The Wi-Fi works great. We thoroughly enjoyed our "sister's getaway" and would definitely come back. Thank you, Alice!!

Perfect Getaway in Carmel-by-the-Sea!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful two-bedroom home just 10 minutes from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. The location is perfect—nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with wooded views, yet close to all the amazing shopping, restaurants, and bars the area has to offer.The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, comfortably accommodating four adults. The large kitchen and dining area made meals easy and enjoyable, while the cozy living room, stocked with games and books, was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.For golf lovers, Carmel Valley Ranch Golf Course is less than 15 minutes away, making it super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive, and everything was just as described in the listing.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a private yet well-located retreat in Carmel! We can’t wait to come back.

Great 2 bedroom at Carmel-by-the Sea

Great place, with a classic feel mid-century modern style in a cozy neighborhood that has access to a State Park trail in the back of the development. The whole house is very clean with a very well stocked kitchen, solid beds and linens. Every aspect of the houses amentiies and interior design is well thought out. We hope to stay again since it is centrally located with less than 10 minute drive to major areas.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Carmel. The property was easily accessible to downtown Carmel, to restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive and responded quickly and gave easy instructions. We would highly recommend and plan on returning again.
