Awesome Location!! A Ocean Front Condo Awaits your arrival!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo awaits you. Located at the perfect location on CB. Quiet Section of Carolina Beach but only a few minutes to the pier or downtown. We also have our own private walkway straight to the ocean. Incredible Ocean View from our large deck and living room. You wont be disappointed. We will strive to make your stay enjoyable and we hope you have great memories after your stay. We want to earn great reviews.

We have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom along with its own private full bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom, we have a Twin Bed along with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Another full size bathroom is located off the hall way.

We are a quick 15 minute walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all of its restaurants, bars, live music and carnival rides. In the other direction, a 15 minute walk takes you to the North End Fishing Pier. Just a a block away, we also have a small grocer and Java Shop. Once again, Location, Location, Location...

Condo Amenities:

The condo has a washer and dryer, and we provide bath towels and linens for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all the utensils.

We have a Smart TV that you can cast your favorite programming over your phone or CPU.

We also have Free WiFi!

**PLEASE** This is a top floor unit. It has no elevator and you must be able to walk up four flights of stairs.

Maximum Occupancy is 5 at all times unless approved in writing by management. Any violations will forfeit deposit and you will vacate the unit immediately.

The view is absolutely AMAZING and definitely worth the walk up all the steps! The house was clean and gave all the feels of home. The owners provided the necessities to get us started- including beach chairs,etc! Property is close enough to all the restaurants, shopping, boardwalk that its walkable. We hope to return!!

Outstanding property at a beautiful beach location

This rental property on Carolina Beach could not have been more perfect. The view is breath taking from the time that you enter. The accommodations are spacious. The location is perfect for families as the beach is at your door step. The condo has everything that you need while visiting so you are able to pack light if you are traveling from a distance. This was our first visit to Carolina Beach and I would highly recommend this location as compared to some of the bigger name beaches such as Myrtle Beach. There are similar attractions such as a boardwalk and lots of shops and restaurants however the difference is significant in terms of Carolina Beach feeling like a cleaner, safer, and more laid back destination. My teenagers loved the ability to be able to walk to the boardwalk from the condo. Overall, it was our best beach vacation ever and much of that came from having this fantastic space right on the ocean for the week. We will definitely return.

Oceanfront Paradise

The unit was clean and comfortable. Jason was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations and service, including offering support due to some auto trouble we encountered on our trip down. The views can’t be beat and the location is ideal. 10-15 minute walk to a great Taco place (Nollie’s) and/or the boardwalk area where you can shop, grab donuts at Britt’s or sit on the rooftop patio at Sunny Daze to grab a drink, bite to eat or just people watch. Maybe 5 minutes (by car) to a good meal at Salt Fish and pretty much 20-30/35 minutes to most other points of interest, including historical downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend.

Amazing views, great location

This is such a great property. Very clean, had everything you needed and the best views possible. We spent most of our time on the deck. Host was responsive and easy check in and out. Very relaxing and walkable to restaurants. As mentioned in the listing, there are a lot of stairs but it was absolutely worth every one of them when you walk in to that view. We definitely recommend this home to others.

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here! We had a great time exploring Carolina Beach and Wilmington. Hope to bring the kids back one day! We knew we were a little too early for warm weather, and it was a little too chilly and windy to enjoy the beach, but we loved the view and the ocean noise!

Birthday weekend getaway

My husband and I were very impressed with how modern and clean this condo was. We loved the decor and the view of the ocean was stunning. We left the three paneled door open and felt like we were on the beach It was well worth the four flights of stairs to be on the top unit. We would definitely stay here again, but next time I will bring bath towels. I am tall with thick curly hair and prefer thicker towels. The only negative was the initial sulfur smell from the water but it went away.

Amazing property!

The view and location are perfect! The property is well kept and clean. Jason was awesome to work with and made everything easy. The beds, linens towels, and pillows were super comfy and the total package made our week long visit perfect! Amazing view and beach access!

We had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach! The property was exactly what we needed. The ocean view was perfect! The beach access was great! We went to the beach every day and the walk to the boardwalk both by the road and along the beach was very manageable. This condo had all the space we needed and was clean and comfortable! We appreciated the board games and played them many evenings! We had a great time at this wonderful property for our visit to beautiful Carolina Beach!

The ocean side balcony was easily my favorite part of staying here. Since it’s the top floor, the sea birds flying over head are so close and the view is fantastic! The feeling of the ocean breeze on that balcony was really just wonderful. Repeatedly climbing up those stairs is no joke especially after beach frolicking, but worth it.

Great spot by the sea!

You cannot beat a place to stay right on the beachfront ! I love getting up in the early morning and sitting on my balcony and enjoying the sight and sound of the ocean! This rental is only a short walk from a private access to the beach. The manager (Jason) was incredibly hospitable and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach! It’s close enough to the boardwalk to be convenient . But it’s far enough away not to seem cramped or loud from activities. Wonderful experience and a great place to stay!

Great Views w/ Lots of Steps

The condo was perfectly accommodating for a family of 4. Unit was clean and reasonably appointed. The view was excellent as was the distance to the beach. Easy walk or even shorter drive to the boardwalk. Not for guests who struggle with stairs. Checkout cleaning instructions were a little burdensome and the mattresses were painfully hard. If the latter was resolved, we would love to stay again.
