Updated in June 2024 with fresh paint, new floors, and new furnishings throughout, this cheerful home is the perfect base for your Carpinteria escape. Whether you're here to relax or explore, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

The master bedroom features a king bed with soft, comfortable bedding and a flat-screen TV — perfect for a good night's sleep after a day at the beach.

The inviting living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a brand-new twin bed, and a flat-screen TV — a cozy spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Family 4th of July trip

Annual trip to Carp for the 4th everything was excellent. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Ceilings fans were also a happy surprise.

This place is very cute! it's right in a perfect location between beach and town. Has reserved covered parking, quiet, with all the perks.

Great location 1 short block to the beach. Really nice beach easy access no stairs. The place was decorated really cute with a beach vibe. Overall place was clean.The owner needs to do a remodel on the kitchen very dirty tile/groute needs to be replaced. Also some of the pans need to be replaced.
