This is my second time at the Zi One Luxury Hotel. I had a great experience both times. It’s a beautiful hotel, & the staff is very friendly & professional. So I will definitely return the next time I travel to Cartagena for vacation!

La personas en el restaurante pueden ser mas amable. A la hora de antender las mesas y los desayunos no fueron de nuestro agrado. Si veria sido mejor la atención me hubiera quedado mas tiempo.

Terrible service. Unsatisfactory service. Not in compliance with expedia. Very deceptive business practices. The hotel wanted to make charges unauthorized fees for guest and family. Requested funds back and went to another hotel. No hot water as well. I would not recommend this hotel. Very fraudulent business practices. Management very professional. Rooms were outdated and small. Didn't feel safe in the hotel. Highly recommend to not stay here. This hotel needs to be removed off of every platform.

Expedia does authorize this business activity(AS PER CONVERSATION) This hotel needs to be investigated for the scamming and fraudulent activity. Things were amazing when this location first opened... New management and service is needed.

We took taxi numerous times, and no one could find the location of this hotel. The location is good, but room had no windows, it was dark all the time.

Lied about the patio. Just a 2nd room with a couch no windows no doors. Had some kind of bugs in the room maybe ants not sure. Staff didnt even come check. Overall horrible. Would not recommend at all. Been to Colombia 11 times and this is the bu far the worst hotel in colombia. Staff was polite but hotel is super trashed and rip off for the price. Don't fall for patio upgrade like i did. Can't even see outside, zero windows, no doors to the outside, just another small storage room with a couch and some flowers. Totally not worth a penny on a upgrade unless you just want to look at 3 walls and some flowers while getting ate up by some weird bugs.

This property was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. The location was ok a little far from the beach. We didn’t like the bathroom antics. We had to ask for mat, for drinking glass, hand towels and extra toilet paper. We were 3 adults.
