Would stay again
Posted Feb. 12, 2024 on HotelsThe stay was good. The sheets kept coming off the corners though anytime you turned in bed. The shower head should be updated but it worked really well. There is a current remodel happening so the hallways were kinda messy but the room was pleasantly clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we pass though again. Breakfast looked good but we were in a hurry. The front desk lady was really friendly when we checked in. The lady who checked us out was nice too.

Clean rooms and friendly service, close to has stations and food so location is very convenient.

Pet friendly my room had easy access to allow the dogs to go potty outside

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The cockroaches were abundant, there was possibly period blood on my sheets, lipstick on one of our washcloths and the jacuzzi was slick getting in to it. They offered me a different room, but I imagine the roaches were everywhere with as many as I saw in my room. I informed 3 different employees over the course of our stay and this morning the guy jokingly said, “then why’d you stay?” They were in our bathroom and doorway to the hallway area. There was even one on my daughters coat trying to hitch a ride when we left. Breakfast was all microwaveable. Nobody wanted to eat though after what we experienced. Crazy amount of bugs for as clean as the place actually was.
