The hotel is old and needs maintenance, especially the bathroom. However, the location is excellent, and there is a beautiful restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that I highly recommend visiting

Kenzi bad service but good hotel.

The telephone in the room was not working so could not call room service had to go downstairs into reception three times to ask him to fix the phone to fix the fridge for some more glassware for the room. Every time I was promised, I would go back up to my room and then need to come down to Reception again. I was sick and had no way of calling Reception to get any room service or any amenities to my room. I have made a formal complaint at the hotel with Guest Relations. The room quality is excellent and the hotel is in a good location but the service has dropped over the last 10 years since I’ve been staying at this hotel.

I am shocked with the WiFi not working in my last night and this spoiled all my entire stay in the hotel . This is not acceptable for such 5 star hotel not to have the WIFI SERVICE for 24 hours !!!!

Perfectly located close to tram, stores, restaurants and the hotel has a nice rooftop with amazing views. I had a 5 star experience from the service to the nice bathtub and spacious room with a view. This is a lovely hotel in city that otherwise is not that lovely. We had excellent service from the concierge and appreciated that. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed drinks at their bar and lunch at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub was not working but the pool itself was very warm.
