My stay at MainStay suites.

No breakfast-only coffee. Phone didnt work in room and nothing was done about it. Balcony only room for one chair. Asked front desk if they could print something for me and told NO as it was a hotel computer. Asked about 2 computers in lobby-couldnt use them as printer was broken. Would give it a fair review and dont know if I would recommend or not.

Bad customer service. I accidentally made a mistake by reserving a hotel on wrong date. As I was driving from east to west, my phone clock did not change time and selected the next available date. I got there and cancelled my reservation, rebooked the hotel again and stayed there for a night. The hotel decided to charge me for two nights. I called and spoke with the hotel staff a day later, even after explaining everything in detail they decided to not listen and charged for two nights.

The room was dirty. Fridge was sticky and gross. Inside the cupboards were full of dirt and loose hair. I was very upset. Then the hotel charges you a cover charge of $50 and another cover charge to cover the cover charge. What a joke! $100 more charged to my card on arrival.

Hello, I need urgent help with my hotel booking MainStay Suites.     •    I prepaid for the night through Expedia.     •    When I arrived at the hotel at 3:04 AM, the staff refused to honor my reservation and marked me as a “no-show.”     •    The hotel charged me again for the same night, resulting in a duplicate charge (one prepaid via Expedia, one directly at the hotel).     •    At no point during the booking process on Expedia was a “late check-in policy” disclosed. I was never informed that arriving after a certain hour would void my prepaid booking.     •    The hotel also never contacted me to confirm my arrival or warn me about a potential no-show. Otherwise I would definitely make calls about my late arrival, who wants to pay double when they know they are going to show up for sure? Because of the lack of disclosure and unfair double billing, I request:     1.    A full refund of the duplicate charge.     2.    A correction of the booking record to remove the no-show status. I have my Expedia confirmation and card statements to show both charges. Please resolve this promptly and protect other customers from this unfair practice. Thank you, Chen

Clean, great service, pool, and it was a kitchenette room if your staying for a few days. Only negatives was the AC did not work well and it was a 100 degree day in wyoming.

Its an extended stay property so they dont serve breakfast, but each room has its own kitchenette. Its kinda far out of town, but if tou go and get your own groceries it works out fine

The couch in the suite looked as if a dog had slept on it multiple times and was very dirty. The chair was very worn and had a tear in the arm. The bed was sagging in the middle.

Tristan was so kind and quick with check-in with full knowledge of the property and great customer service. Tristan also easily extended our stay for another night. As far as the room goes. There is a substance splashed on the wall nearest the bed and my curious and adventurous daughter found out the couch folded out into a bed. She immediately got the cushions off and pulled the bed out to find very odd stains and remnants of only one could guess. The fridge was dirty and cups were definitely not washed. We put all the cups in the dishwasher and had our first dishwasher experience together so that was something. The room was hot but it’s on the 4th floor so I can appreciate the AC being turned off without guests in house.
