We recently visited this place and were initially impressed by the beautiful surroundings and well-manicured garden. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we entered our room. It was stuffy, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor of cat urine and very strong scented cleaning products. To make matters worse, the room didn't match the photos we had seen online.
We were disappointed that there was no one available to speak with about our concerns, and we couldn't request a room change. We were even willing to pay a difference. Due to the lack of support, we decided to leave.
We have reached out to customer service several times since, and have had zero response from them.
Hopefully, the issues we faced will be addressed to prevent future guests from having similar disappointments.
The pool is definitely the highlight for this property. Large pool with loungers and ability to access shade was great for relaxation. Showers and bathrooms beside the pool area were appreciated.
Rooms were clean but in need of a refresh. Kitchen had a good amount of supplies but needed a microwave and better lighting when cooking or working at the counter.
Kitchen lacked a table, due to the built-in murphy beds, so we would eat meals outside.
Bedroom was good and king bed was comfortable.
Both kitchen and bedroom had absolutely excellent air conditioning which was greatly appreciated as we were there in August. Also, the outside shutters were incredible, keeping out both heat and light. Both rooms could use some new lighting as tended to be dim at night.
Deck was very nice and we spent every evening there.
