goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Het huis is wat je mag verwachten voor hetgeen je ervoor moet betalen, alles is aanwezig. Huisje was helemaal schoon was niets op aan te merken. Enigste wat jammer was is dat bleek dat je alleen naar de tuin kon via de voorzijde van het huis en dan dus om het huis heen moest lopen. Tuin zal om die reden bijna nooit gebruikt worden verwacht ik.

Je krijgt waar voor je geld.

Huisje was prima in orde, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Enigste minpuntje vonden wij dat er geen deur naar de tuin was. Er is een grote tuin aanwezig maar om daar te komen moet je via de voorzijde het huis verlaten en omlopen. Verder is alles prima in orde, je krijgt waar voor je geld. Interhome is uitstekend mee te communiceren en alles is prima geregeld

Kann man mieten.

Als wir ankamen mußte ich erst mal über eine halbe Stunde das Doppelbett notdürftig reparieren. Haben dann die Einzelbetten uns angesehen. Die sind aus Eisen. Das ging gar nicht. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Bett repariert. Es wackelte immer nnoch. Der Herr sagte mir wenn ich mich drauf lege würde es aufhören. Hat es nicht. Also habe ich wieder mit einem Handtuch,notdürftig für die Zeit, mir was einfallen lassen. Diese ganzen Betten müßten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Denn wer gut schläft ist auch zufrieden. Und in der heutigen Zeit noch Eisenbetten und Eisenroste? Na ja... Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert und es ist Platz genug. Nur leider sauber war es auf keinen Fall. Haben erst mal den Staubsauger zum Arbeiten gebracht. Denn den Teppich konnte man nicht betreten. Bah. Das ist mein Beitrag. MfG Franz Kass

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Empuriabrava

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse wie angegeben und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Betreuung durch den Interhome Mitarbeiter vor Ort war hervorragend.

Zustand der wohnung

Beim Öffnen der Türe kam uns ein modriger Geruch entgegen. Es war keine Anleitung zum in Gang bringen, der gasleitung und hatten zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser, da übers Wochenende niemand erreichbar war. Sonnenschirm war defekt. Und für vier Personen nur zwei liegestühle. Ausstattung war veraltet, aber ansonsten okay.

In Ordnung, dennoch Luft nach oben möglich !

Einfach gestaltetes Haus, welches vor einigen Jahren teil renoviert wurde.Grosses Grundstück mit leider etwas ungepflegtem Rasen oder etwas ähnlichem. Baustelle direkt hinter dem Grundstück, ab 8 Uhr Baulärm. Schade. Alles in allem für 2 Wochen ok, Lage ist mit Auto ok, ohne etwas weit vom Zentrum. Positiv das Entgegenkommen und Hilfsbereitschaft von Interhome !

Bien que le site soit placé dans un endroit calme et bien situé, la propreté du logement à l'arrivée laisse plus qu'à désirer....lave vais elle non vidé, terrasse sale, barbecue non vidé, jardin en friche.... Ces points sont à revoir !!!
