stopover for a night near the beach

The property and staff were excelent.
There was teally nothing to do outside the property other than some restaurants.
The o ly thing i realy did not like was the fact that you need to take a ride to the beach and then you had a 10 minute walk on a wooden path to the beach.the beach was beautiful however the water was very cold. The pool on the property was very nice.

Troppo difficile vivere il mare
Posted Jul. 27, 2023 on HotelsIl soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante. La struttura ti avvicina alla natura, gode di ampi spazi, molto belle le piscine e il verde curatissimo.
Nota dolente la distanza dal mare!
Speravo di vivere la spiaggia della riserva ma purtroppo la distanza filmabile con il servizio navetta è resa faticosa da orari molto limitati del servizio.
La spiaggia offre solo lettini ed ombrelloni ma niente docce ne bar ne servizi igienici.
Un rapporto con il mare penalizzato da un servizio navetta circoscritto.
Camere standard un po’ piccole.

Ho notato che il servizio spiaggia non ha soddisfatto le sue aspettative, poniamo la giusta attenzione a questi importanti momenti della giornata, ma a volte qualcosa sfugge e segnalazioni come la sua ci aiutano a trovare la giusta soluzione, e le sono grato per averla condivisa; preme informarla che la spiaggia risiede in piena riserva orientata del Belice, l'assenza di servizi accessori è lo scotto da pagare per offrirvi la meraviglia che lei stessa ha magistralmente fotografato.Spero di poterle dare nuovamente il benvenuto nei Mangia’s Resort e colgo l’occasione per invitarla a provare anche le esperienze che offriamo nelle altre nostre strutture in Sicilia e Sardegna.Un caro saluto,Ivano Ferazzoli, General Manager

Schönes Resort v.a. für Franzosen
Posted May 9, 2023 on HotelsAnfang Mai ist das Resort offenbar bei Franzosen sehr beliebt. Die Animation haben wir nicht gebucht und nicht gebraucht. Das Abendessen war nicht gut und wir haben die weiteren Abende im Dorf gegessen. Dieses ist allerdings weit vom Hotel entfernt.
Genervt hat der Zimmerservice der bereits um 7.00 Uhr lärmend und laut palavernd die Zimmer reinigten. Positiv war die umgehende Reparatur der Toilette.
