The service is just horrible, they don’t know if the guest reservation is paid, they don’t know if the breakfast is included and they don’t know a lot of things!!!

The restaurant is good but it can get get more seasoned servers and cooks. we always waited for a while for our food and the coffee was bad. The shower curtains were taped together and a bad water flow for the water. The shower curtains felt grimy and dirty. The staff were polite and friendly.

Great price, but Maxamillian is best in cauayan
Publié le 20 janv. 2024 sur HotelsClean enough, the room is modern, bed was comfy and the water is HOT. aircon works great and it everything you need. Do not expect a Marriott or anything luxurious. This is a hotel for people to sleep and stay comfortably. This region of the Philippines isn’t known for its luxury, so you are getting the best available.
