They made me pay for parking of the vehicle I had rented when it. Kearny indicated when I booked that breakfast and parking was included. But you guys always screw your customers. I am going to start using another service that doesn’t included Expedia. I always check Expedia first, but no more. You can’t say that parking is included I. The premises and they charge me for parking. I would have chosen another hotel - and in the future another service provider. It’s not the first time you guys change the rules half way through the game. Julian

Hotel Swan - Caxias do Sul

The hotel is well located in the center of Caxias, easily walkable to stores and shops. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a desk for working, openable window and good sized bathroom and shower. There is an exercise room, sauna and heated pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I've stayed 4 or 5 times, and will continue to stay there when I visit Caxias.

Good hotel with great customer service!

Shortly after arriving at my room, I discovered a small problem there, and called the front desk to ask about it. The lady who checked me in immediately came up to my room to correct the problem, and, when she could not, immediately moved me to another room....which turned out to be suite! Great customer service! The new room had great WIFI, a great bed, and a shower large enough to hold three people (ahhhh, not that I tried!).

Great place to stay in Caxias do Sul.

This is a very nice hotel situated about a 5-minute walk from the central plaza in Caxias. Near-by one will find several places to have a great cup of coffee, as well as options for lunch. The hotel serves a nice variety of items on the breakfast buffet. The guys and girls working at the hotel provide great service, and contribute to a very enjoyable stay!
