Cayucos is the perfect beach getaway if you're looking for a relaxing coastal experience. This charming condominium is in a desirable location on the west side of Highway 1. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town. Proximity to other popular spots such as Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Luis Obispo make this a perfect home base for other adventures on the Central Coast. Away from the noise of traffic, yet close enough to the action!

A well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Ocean Views, this charming condo offers accommodations for 4. It is an open concept floor plan with comfortable furnishings including king and queen beds in the master and second bedrooms, living room sofa and chairs, and large expandable dining table.

Other amenities include a Smart TV in both the living room and master bedroom with Direct TV and internet access. The master suite has Panoramic Ocean Views with beach decor and a soaking tub. The second bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and filtered water. 2 Car Garage, new Washer, Dryer, and a Gas Grill as well.

Very clean condo. The kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking. Very well organized. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Parking garage was nice. Beach chairs and towels available. A very nice place. The only negative things: the couch needs to be replaced and some of the screens are really sunburned and need replacement.

The condo is nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need. Cayucos is a quiet town with several nice restaurants and bakeries. We could walk to the beach and to several restaurants. It's a very short drive to Morro Bay and to teh bluff trail along the ocean.

We loved our stay in Cayucos! The condo was easy to find, unload at the front door and park in the back in the spacious garage. It was raining when we arrived so the garage parking and entrance was 100%. Before we left home, the hosts communicated with us immediately. I had asked about some items available in the kitchen, which they had. Everything we needed was available. Nice pans, blender, keurig and coffee pot, cookie sheets, etc. things were labeled and easy to find. Plenty of space to eat at the dining table and enjoy the view from the living space. We were inside a bit more than expected because of rain, so more comfortable seating for four of us would have been nice, but we made it work. Cleanliness and beds rated high for me. We loved the view and quiet little town.

We spent 3 nights and had a fabulous time! The location is a great base for exploring Cayucos as well as other nearby areas. The condo is sparkling clean and is well-stocked with many thoughtful items. Kevin is an excellent host who communicates well. We would love to return one day!

This condo is truly fantastic! Great views and a very short walk to both the beach and charming little downtown. Cayucos is near and dear to my heart as my grandparents had a beach house when I was growing (back when you could buy CA real estate at reasonable prices), they sold many years ago and I’ve always wanted to go back. I booked this place and brought my mom to revisit this magical city, and we we’re so impressed with this condo. It’s very clean and extremely organized. The owners are very thoughtful and have provided an excellent place to stay. I’ll definitely be back and am so happy to have found a new regular place to visit in Cayucos.

The condo was perfectly situated within walking distance of everything we needed (grocery store right down the hill). But best of all the condo was well equipped and so very clean! Dreamy Place

We had the loveliest stay in this little piece of heaven place. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was super clean and ready for us to settle in. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with all essential supplies, we used the kitchen a lot during our stay and it was perfect. It was in a prime location, we walked to the beach with our two young boys, walked downtown, walked everywhere
we loved it. Mornings were the best, we could hear the ocean waves, feel the breeze and hear the seagulls in the distance. We’ve been vacationing in the Morro/Cayucos area for the past several years and by far this has been one of our favorite places to stay, we will be staying here again!
