The sheets were not changed from the previous guests… food was in the bed when we pulled the sheets back. The chairs need to be cleaned as you can see the BLACK dirt on the arm rests. No cookies were out during the whole stay like they are supposed to be. Breakfast was definitely on a budget!

The room was in good condition. There was no hot regular coffee at 7:00 in the morning, only decaf. And only one pot out of 6 or 7 was hot and ready. The food was inedible in the breakfast room (stale, old bagels, etc.)

This hotel is very nice. Clean, well kept, was decorated nicely for the holidays. Room was very comfortable. The hotel lacks an unloading area at the front door. Too bad because there is room by the front door for this. Other than that, the place is excellent.
