The hotel is in a busy BUT very secluded being in the back of the main road. It is beyond clean. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Only complaint, you do need a car to go to the outlets. It says walking but no way! The main road is too insane to consider walking there. Like a good 8 minute car ride. There is a small shopping center w Ulta, Harbour Frieght and Popeye that you can walk to.

Perfect stay

We stayed here overnight before a trip to Woodbury Common. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was large, airy with good air con. Fabulous swimming pool onsite and a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great stop, lots around, close to highway

Great experience from the moment we walked in. Very helpful staff (needed a roll away bed for my family, and they accommodated very nicely). The room was spacious and nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a also great, along with the pool. Would recommend and stay here again

I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. People were nice and friendly. Asked for extra items due to longer stay and was accommodated without issue.

In 61 years of my life first time I have seen a hotel that does not even come to change towels, does not even clean the sheets and does nothing. They do it every 2 days it’s terrible. We came back after the first night and they did not even come to the room to fix the bed and change any linen or towels. So Non hygienic considering we pay so much money for the room. I demand for a full refund of what I paid for the 2 rooms. Please confirm the same. I protest and demand for full refund for this very very poor service. They should be reported for non hygienic standards.
