Receptionniste acceuillante, et madame a essayé de son mieux! mais la reservation ne correspondait pas du tout a la photo ni le descriptif de la chambre proposée sur place - on a refusé la chambre proposée

thank you very much for review sharing. This has happened to us for the first time. Photo shuffling has caused a human factor from an on-line booking portal. I believe this will not happen in the future.

This hotel is overrated for 4.5. It should be rated below 3 stars. Plenty of hotels in this town have a castle view. We stayed at the Honeymoon suite and paid the highest price for a room in the entire town without offering breakfast. Upon confirming the registration, we got emails from the hotel asking when we would arrive. They told us they hired a part-time front desk person. They have early checked-out time 10 am. The hotel was located in a dirty alley. There was no elevator for the luggage to be moved up. Parking was even worse. The hotel has the furthest parking spot than all other hotels in the town. We parked and had to walk 15 minutes to go back to the hotel. We passed the entrance to the town, and some other hotels like Ruze and OLD INN have parking spots right there which was much closer. The window facing the castle is very tiny. The furniture does not have good quality. They do have a portable AC in the room. But that AC smells bad probably due to it being opened to another alley. Also, there was a tiny window right above the bed. The lights shined on your face and woke you up in the early morning. Overall please avoid this hotel. The town is absolutely beautiful and there are better hotels at a better price.

Dear Jennifer,thank you for the review. We understand that everyone has their own style of design, everyone has a different feeling for things, but never in history has anyone commented so negatively about our best, most romantic apartment (please see previous reviews). Dear Jeniffer, we are within the city center in the most strictly UNESCO protected area and we cannot change the size of the windows, we cannot install an elevator, etc. The fact that you chose our accommodation was your choice. You obviously haven't read all the information, because everything you criticize is written on our website. I recommend that you prepare better on your next trips and read more about the place in question, or contact the accommodation facility, which will certainly answer/clarify all questions.I wish you all the best

Fantástico hotel en un pueblo de cuento
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur HotelsEl hotel es perfecto para visitar Cesky Krumlov, ya que está a escasos metros de la plaza del pueblo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y elegantes con cocina y unas vistas maravillosas del castillo y el personal encantador y súper amable. Estar ahí fue lo mejor de mi visita a Chequia 😍
