good hotel but service could be much much better

This resort is great thing but some people who work there should get a another job. its seem that most of the people in the restaurant or in the shop have more interest to be on their smartphone then service the guest. for ex the girl who was working in the shop, didin´t say good morning and coldn´t even lay the phone down when I was talking to here, she couldn´t understand when I asked for receipt and just said no. other thing that cleaning staff and maintance was always leaving the door to the lift open for everybody to to come in the building, even though it says on the door to keep door closed. also on the upper swimming pool where a lot of trash, like cigarettes in ashtray from the night before and other stuff and if kid would be playing there they could have eating it, nobody came all days when I layed there to ask if I wanted something to eat or drink I had to go down my self to order the drinks the gym is nice but no water no towel or anything like that rooms are nice but tv is horrible, almost no english speaking channels and even they have a smart tv in bedroom it not working and when I ask them for to fix it it didin´t get so I gave up ... why can bars have good tv and conditions but in hotel its like in the 70´ ... if it rains then the tv gets scrambled. the room it self is very good with good bathroom and good kitchen and living room. the bathroom has a great shower and Bathtub with massage in the end I hate seeing people just hanging in their phones

Average is standard but do not have tea bags in the room request they said have to buy yourself hotel don’t supply this item is standard to all room amenities

We had a great stay, they had a great facility with ability to get picked up for most tours. Very convenient

Rooms are nice and big. Security guards at the entrance are the only friendly people. The minimart sells literally crap and food is average at best.

Nice place, family suite apartment is clean and comfortable. Facilities are good. Reception staff are below average with poor English and barely motivated attitude, exception to the manager who was professional, helpful and spoke decent English. Cleaning staff were excellent. Good spot if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing, however there is zero vibe or social interaction, this seems to be due to the 90% Chinese clientele on high turnover with large tour groups coming and going.

Clean and good, but far from every thing. So you will need car or taxi every where.
